Founded in 2009, we are a full-service computer consulting firm that specializes in delivering Managed IT services to our clients. Providing smart IT solutions to businesses is our primary goal.
David is a graduate of West Chester University of PA’s Computer Science program. He also has two years of experience in Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology’s Publishing Studies program. David employs his cross disciplinary skills and experience to deliver solutions to our clients.
At Lucid IT, David wears different hats. These include leading projects that fall under his area of expertise to managing the day-to-day administrative operations of Lucid IT. His creative problem solving skills are often brought to bear in straddling that fine line where sound technology solutions meet business sense.
Ever the avid reader, David enjoys keeping up with new developments in technologies that are relevant to Lucid IT’s diverse operations. His after-hours activities include improving Lucid IT’s web presence and working on mobile applications for iOS.×
Kwabena is a co-founder of Lucid IT. He is a Swarthmore College Computer Science graduate who has extensive knowledge and background in computing technology support and software engineering. His knowledge and experience are leveraged on a daily basis in delivering solutions to our clients. Kwabena strives to make technology a tool for the progress of our clients’ businesses.
At Lucid IT, Kwabena’s role as Senior Consultant sees him overseeing our remote support specialists. He also functions as a project team leader where his ability to understand problems from both user and technician perspectives is invaluable.
An all-round technophile, Kwabena is constantly reading technical journals, updating our intra-network Knowledge Base and working on the development of web applications.×
A graduate of Barbados Community College, Deborah joined Lucid IT in 2013 through our Internship Program. Her attention to detail and excellent work ethic impressed us so much that we had to bring her on board at the end of her internship.
Deborah’s primary duties at Lucid IT include providing remote support assistance to clients on multiple operating systems, remote monitoring and report analysis. Her client-centered approach to troubleshooting and research skills makes her an invaluable asset to our operations.
Deborah’s after hours are spent teaching a CompTIA A+ class, reading a good book or catching up on her favorite science fiction TV series.×
A graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Katherine has been with Lucid IT since its inception as our Client Care Manager.
Katherine invokes her strong communication skills in advocating for the client and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner. As Client Care Manager, she leverages her excellent interpersonal skills to help keep both Lucid IT’s technical teams and our clients informed and updated on non-technical developments relevant to ongoing projects.
Eager to learn and get the job done in a timely manner, Katherine’s responsibilities at Lucid IT have been expanded over the years to include client billing and payment processing. If your invoice from us is overdue, you’ve probably heard from Katherine calling to find out why. Her after hours are spent mentoring young people at her church or catching up on her favorite TV shows.×
